Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds may be considered.
Refunds are only provided in limited cases, as outlined below.

Change of Mind

  • If you decide to cancel your order before we begin processing or fulfilling it, you may be eligible for up to a 100% refund, excluding any transaction charges.

  • If you change your mind after the order has entered processing or fulfillment, a processing fee (e.g., 15%) may apply, and in some cases, a refund may not be available depending on the status of the order.

Incompetent Delivery / Order Not as Described

If the delivered product or service does not match the agreed-upon specifications (as per your documented request):

  1. We will first work with you to correct the issue through revisions, adjustments, replacements, or alternative solutions.

  2. We may:

    • Re-process your order,

    • Re-work the product, or

    • Offer store credit / discount for future orders.

If, after reasonable attempts to resolve the issue, we are still unable to meet the agreed requirements, a partial refund may be issued based on mutual agreement and the specific circumstances.

Delivery Errors or Delays

We aim for on-time delivery. However, if we fail to deliver the service/product within a reasonable timeframe:

  • And the delay is proven to be the Company’s fault,

  • And we are unable to resolve or complete the order after reasonable attempts to contact you,

then your refund request will be reviewed, and a partial or full refund may be processed depending on the situation.

Refund Request Timeline

  • You must request a refund within 60 days of delivery or completion of the order.

  • Refund requests made after 60 days will not be considered.

Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Given

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Minor issues that can reasonably be corrected (e.g., small styling changes, minor content corrections, small technical tweaks) and you refuse revisions.

  • Issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by your unresponsiveness or lack of approval.

  • Any misuse, unethical, or illegal use of our products/services by the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for how they use any product, content, or service purchased from Alishaz.

Abandoned / Closed Projects

If a project remains pending due to no response, no approvals, or no communication from the customer for at least 45 days, the project will be considered “closed” or “abandoned.”

  • Reactivation of such projects may require an additional reactivation fee.

  • For closed projects, Alishaz cannot be held responsible beyond that timeframe.

Ownership & Copyright

  • All original products, designs, images, text, or other content delivered to you by Alishaz are provided for your personal or business use as agreed.

  • Upon full payment, you may receive usage rights or ownership as per the nature of the product/service.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Alishaz harmless for any unauthorized, illegal, or unethical use of products or content you receive.

Any misuse or unauthorized copying, resale, or redistribution may result in legal action.

Content & Plagiarism

  • We do not support or encourage plagiarism, copyright violations, or illegal/unethical use of any content or material.

  • You are responsible for how you use any written, visual, or digital content provided through our website or services.

  • Alishaz and its partners are not responsible for:

    • Any legal, academic, or professional consequences arising from your misuse of content.

Image Policy

  • Unless expressly stated, Alishaz does not claim ownership of stock or third-party images used as references or suggestions.

  • We may recommend or use:

    • Royalty-free images,

    • Licensed images, or

    • Placeholder visuals.
